What is Snatched Luxury’s return policy?
Snatched Luxury will accept, for exchange or store credit (minus shipping cost), items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, unopened, unused, and free of damages by the customer (minus exceptions below). For a full store credit or exchange, mail out your item with 15 business days from date of purchase. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return a product for store credit up to 15 days business days from the date you purchased it.
How will I be refunded for my order?
No cash refunds will be given, store credit and exchanges only.
I lost the original packaging. Can I still return my order?
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Snatched Luxury will not accept any items for return if they are not accompanied by their original packaging.
Can I return items that I purchased on sale?
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ( NO EXCEPTIONS )
What items can I NOT return?
Butt Lifters, Bras, Creams & Teas, Any Post op accessories (urinals, oils) Ab boards, Lipo foams , etc.
(Note: Snatched Luxury does not issue exchanges or returns for any discomfort or rash due to cream used. All opened items are final sale no exceptions.)
Does Snatched Luxury cover the cost of return shipping?
Shipping is not included in returns.
How do I start the return process?

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days after order as been place to receive a email containing your tracking number.
I live in Buffalo, NY. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. While checking out please select our FREE “Drop Off/Pick Up” shipping method. Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick up, you will receive an email containing the drop-off/pick-up instructions.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing to receive your pick up/drop off email.
What shipping options do you have?
Snatched Luxury ships with USPS and UPS. You can also choose Drop Off/Pick Up if you live in Buffalo, NY or other surrounding areas.
